Da Guy's Personal Don't Miss Attraction List

He's not just a roller-coaster kinda guy, but as you'll see loves the big spectacles. No one does them like Disney!

1. Indiana Jones and the Temple of the Forbidden Eye -- no where else has this one. A different ride every time.
2. Fantasmic! -- the original between New Orleans Square and Tom Sawyer's Island on special nights. Be sure to get your spot really early!
3. The afternoon or closing-time Disneyland Parade
4. Wishes -- a great fireworks show on special nights
5. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad -- take a great roller coaster and add what Disney does best for this classic
6. Pirates of the Caribbean -- the original as Walt designed it -- still the best of them all, without question, anywhere!!!
7. -- The original and it's still great after all these years. Check out the holiday version from October through December every year, only here at the original Disneyland and in Tokyo. Find photos on the Disney Resort Halloween page.
8. Splash Mountain -- It may be small compared to the one at the Magic Kingdom, but it's the original and still the best, bringing back memories of America Sings! with every audioanimatronic character brought back to life here
9. Alice in Wonderland -- a classic Disney dark ride only here at the original Disneyland
10. Mr. Toad's Wild Ride -- another classic Disney dark ride from the original park days

...not on Da Guy's normal hit parade, but may be when he's playing tour guide with friends

• Finding Nemo Submarine Ride -- the classic subs are back (Thank you, Disney!), this time with updated technology that include Nemo and his friends. No fast pass here, so get in line quick when the park opens.
• The Matterhorn -- for those nostalgic roller coaster nuts
• Space Mountain -- also for those roller coaster nuts
• Peter Pan -- perhaps the most classic dark ride, but generally has a long line
• It's a Small World -- this is the original from the World's Fair, but please-o-please can you help me get that song out of my head?

Main Street USA

• Main Street Cone Shop $ -- when you need a real ice cream cone fix

Adventureland

• Tiki Juice Bar $ -- it's all about the pineapple soft serve

Frontierland

• Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante $ - when mexican food is all that will do. Next to Big Thunder.

New Orleans Square

• Blue Bayou Restaurant $$ -- higher-end food in a classic location watching the boats starting off inside the Pirates of the Caribbean. The Monte Cristo is not to be missed on this menu, ever. Reservations are almost always a must.

Critter Country

• Hungry Bear Restaurant $ -- the burgers, with lots of seating along the Rivers of America
