Eyeball It's used to be all about the Big Screen, aka "the Movies" and the theatres they were shown in. As the quality of that experience has diminished and the price becomes unreasonable (see Da Guy's Frustrations) with the exception of major theatrical events, it's all about the little screen, aka "Television", Da Guy's home theatre and NetFlix these days. Here you can find some of the shows that Da Guy has TiVo Season Passes for or watches on a regular basis. Take a peek, you may find something new yourself.

 

The Little Screen (November 2009)

...and no, it's not generally about network television for Da Guy these days. Extended Cable channels seem to be the way to go for the most part. Channels and programs in bold are Da Guy's current favorites.

The Big Screen

Da Guy does not go "to the movies" much these days, except for a few big events -- and then, it's generally for the big screen epics or fantasy films (isn't there enough reality in our daily lives already?). It's big bucks unless you take in the first daily matinee, and there's a lot of frustrations including too many commercials at most venues to make this a frequent past time any longer. Like many, Da Guy tends to wait for the DVD to hit the streets or become available via NetFlix, and enjoys it in the comfort of his own home. If there is something special he's waiting for or has seen recently in the real theatre, it shows up here:
